BELLONE'S GLASS

When I first called the office ladies were rude and abrasive. When the gentleman called to take the measurement he was nice and also accomadated my schedule on a Friday. He said that the window would need to be made and the based on the weather installed at that time, which I totally understand. Each time I called the office I was treated as if I was intruding on their work day and I did not feel I was treated with respect as a customer. The ladies who answered the phone were not friendly at all and the tone in the voice was obvious. The man came to install the window and it was done perfectly and looks great. The installer is why I would use them again. The ladies in the office shoud practice using a nicer tone whan taking a customers call.

Responded from initial call within a few hours. Came same day to take measurements and removed French doors. Returned with all requested replacements within a few days. Jack of Bellone's does excellent, top notch work. I would recommend him to anyone and I would certainly use his services again. The value and service were impressive.

Ed and his two guys arrived around 9 am on a Saturday to install the glass block windows and were gone by late afternoon. It was a cool windy day so they entered and exited through a side basement door to avoid tracking through the house and letting too much cold air in. They were careful to cover the washer with a drop cloth to avoid mess or damage, but be prepared to do some light sweeping and shop vacing when the job is complete. There will be dust and debris from removal of old windows and from the mortar. They also made a good effort to avoid damage to landscape plants, but did leave some debris in the grass where they were mixing mortar. I'm pleased with their service...the windows are good quality and look great!!

Everyone in town knows that they are the ones to use for glass block and windows. They come highly recommended. I work in commercial real estate and when something gets broken Bellone’s is there within an hour or so to at least get the thing closed up. Their price was lower than everyone else and they did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again.

BELLONE'S CAREFULLY REMOVED THE WOODEN MOLDING AND REPLACED THE SCREEN. THEY DID NOT DAMAGE THE DOOR OR MOLDING. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING THE DOOR IN MY VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT IT HOME.
