TOM CONNORS PLUMBING

At first we thought a seal had rotted out but after we replaced that, Tom was still not satisfied he had solved the problem. He explored further and determined that a sliver crack had developed in the ceramic water tank. He gave me specific instructions for buying a new toilet and he left for an hour while I went to the local Home Depot and purchased a new toilet on sale. After returning to my parents' home, Tom returned and quickly installed the new toilet. He did not charge me for the dead time he was not there nor did I have a mark-up on the toilet. I was very pleased with his performance and his charges.

On-time, responsive, effective.  Efficient.

The sink in my daughter's apartment would not drain, and the plumbing was old. She called Tom and he came the next day. He told her up front what needed to be replaced and had the job done in about an hour. He seemed to be looking out for her interests, and accommodated her schedule by coming after work. I will recommend him to others as I did to her.

As always, it went great. Tom was willing to help in choosing the right parts. We used an iPad to look at the possibilities, and then ordered everything on the spot. Once all of the parts arrived at our house, we scheduled a time for him to come and install everything. It took two days to do all of the repairs and installations. While he was here, he identified a leak in our basement and fixed that, as well. He also recommended replacing our disposal as part of the sink project, which we did.

Walked out into garage and stepped into a puddle. Looked up at the ceiling and wall and saw water damage and dripping from the ceiling. Found a pin-hole leak in a soft copper flex riser line in master bath vanity (fortunately above the garage). Called Tom and he was here in about 2 hours. Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.

I called Tom Connors to repair a leaking shower faucet, because he was nearby. He came the next day and replaced the appropriate parts quickly and answered my various questions. His price was reasonable, and his work was what you would expect from an experienced master plumber. I will call him again as needed.

As always, Tom was professional, courteous, reliable, and very reasonable with his pricing. He communicates via phone and text messaging, which I personally find to be very convenient.
Tom is a very experienced plumber, and he's the kind of guy who will give you an honest assessment (even if that means he won't get more money from you). For example, we also inquired about replacing our water heater. He was very candid about the fact that our current heater is still fine.
We sincerely appreciate Tom's integrity and his expertise, and we plan to continue using him for any and all plumbing work that we need.

Tom Connors is very knowledgeable and honest. He is also very pleasant to deal with. He comes out, assesses the problem, provides a quote and if he has all the part, he does the work on the spot. With our sump pump, he had to order a part and come back, which he did in a timely manner.

In addition, I have obtained estimates from him for some other work, including repairing a hose bib, installing new faucets in all our bathrooms, and installing a new kitchen sink and faucet. Now I just have to set aside the funds so Tom can come and do the work! If you need any kind of plumbing inspections, repairs or installations, I would highly recommend that you call Tom.
