Overall the experience with Mr. Creamer was not a good one. He clearly had little or no experience or training on the refrigeration unit he encountered. He acted in an unprofessional manner, set his own schedule, arrived at his convenience and charged an excessive amount for his labor. The amount he charged was found to be excessive and inappropriately obtained. A court judgement has been issued to remand back a significant portion of the bill that was paid .
