Excellent service.

This was one of those experiences that could not have gone better. I called New Hope carpet cleaning at 10:30 in the morning and was given a time of 2:00 that afternoon which was great for us. The technician Bill, arrived on time ,surveyed the house and went immediately to work. Bill only stopped working half way thru for a Coke which we happily supplied. Bill finished in two hours which was his estimate upon arrival. I wrote a check for the estimate to conclude the transaction. We were advised that it would take 4 to 6 hours to dry which it did. There was no odor or smell in the cleaning process

Top-notch. They arrived on time, put plastic under furniture legs and did a first class job of cleaning all that I wanted done.

The stains in one of the bedrooms were tough to remove, but the technician worked diligently to remove it.  After 3 attempts, he could no longer get the stain to fade.  All in all, I can say I was happy with his effort.  He was prompt at arrival and when the job was completed, the carpet took 4-5 hours to completely dry.  I no longer sense the pet dander.  It looks great overall I had and a good experience with the company.  In the end, I saved $$$ by avoiding the expense of a new carpet.

Perfectly done from first contact to finish, couldn't possibly have been happier. Thank you!
