Awful service, terrible installation. Planks were installed in acclimated and shifted. Polyurethane peeled off within months. Shoddy and unprofessional. An absolute mess.

Installed hardwood floors when wood acclimated for under 48 hours. Expressed concern but was told they would be fine. Sure enough floors started cracking and buckling almost immediately. They were a sub and the lead contractor stepped up to cover the wood if they'd simply cover the labor to reinstall and they declined. Don't stand by their work. Beware.

Jan and Matthew were a pleasure to work with. Jan was prompt in all correspondence, and Matthew answered all of our questions quickly and with expertise. We had seven rooms refinished/repaired and our floors look amazing.
