Shadow Contractor has been in business for 25 years. John Richardson is a licensed General Contractor and he and the business are fully insured. They handle both residential and commercial property services ranging from painting, flooring, remodeling, handy man repairs, and much more. They also have services for all of your seasonal needs from snow plowing/removal, power washing, and landscaping. John loves special projects and builds also and would be happy to work with you on the design of a piece of furniture, mantel, and outdoor playhouse creation. John has a very personal approach and wants to truly understand his customers needs. He takes time to educate his customers by walking them through various scenarios and providing the consts associated with each option. John understands the value of the investment his customers are making and puts building trust and rapport at the top of his priority list. There is no job too big or small for him and he has prided himself on the satisfaction of his customers over the years. He is happy to provide you with a free estimate.
