I had specific written plans with drawings. Randy reviewed these, clarified them and then delivered precisiely what was asked for. He enhanced the quality of the delivered project based on his extensive knowledge of construction options. He was aware of permitting requirements and worked well with the township. He brought in well qualified subcontractors to deliver parts that were special such as cabinetry. The final project was delivered in a timely fashion on budget. Three years later I am still impressed with this project and Randy's work!!
