Amos had done a previous job for us but after it was done, we realized there was some additional work required.  He was busy but we found a time that worked and had him come back and do that additional work as well.  Quality work.  He and his team do a great job on-site.  They are on-time, very efficient, courteous and professional.  And they always leave a clean job site.  I wish more people had their manners.  They even helped me carry in a Christmas tree and get it set up in the stand.

Amos and his team did a really good job.  They were professional, on-time and did great clean up throughout the process.  When Amos realized that the original work would probably not be the best option, he proposed a better one and made it work so we could fit it in within our budget.  I only wish I had him replace some other items at the same time, but have hired him back.  He is very busy so you have to be a little patient on timing, but it is worth it. One other thing we noticed is that all of his team were well groomed, did not use any profanity (even after one hit his hand with the hammer) and no one smoked on our entire property.  They were very courteous and worked very hard.  Great experience.

The were extremely prompt, very curteous and professional.  Even worked around some rain.  They worked really hard to get the roof covered prior to the light rain passing through and were done in time.  They used this really cool bucket machine to catch all the old shingles and didn't leave any debris,  this was great because we were worried about nails being left all over the place and possibly ruining our tires.  I would definately use them again, they were awesome and definately worth reaching out to the Amish based companies as their workmanship is top notch!!

I watched them working on a house that I passed on my way to work and and was impressed at how quickly and cleanly they seemed to have gotten everything done. I spoke to a gentleman at the work site named Dave. He answered a few questions for me and had an appointment set up to look at my house. They were very patient with me and were able to explain some very technical details in terms I could understand. Out the the 4 companies I had scheduled to give me an estimate, the manner in which the guys at Red Well treated me prior to signing any contracts made me feel so comfortable I called them about an hour after they left and told them they had a new customer. My roof looks so nice and the windows they recommended are perfect for my house. I will refer them to everyone I know.
