Mr. King brought in several truck  loads of topsoil to replace ground that had been washed away in heavy rains.  Our 1 1/2 acre lot is hilly and very shady making it difficult to grow grass and have a decent lawn. Basically, in major areas around the house, we had nothing but dirt, mud and moss. He seeded and covered the new soil and reseeded the entire lot.  Because of the harsh winter and heavy spring rains, some of it did not come in and other parts washed away.  Mr. King came out early in the season touching up and reseeding the damaged areas.  The yard is coming in nicely with only small spots that need a little attention.  Although he is extremely busy, he usually responds in a timely manner addressing any issues.  He did a great job and I intend to use his services for periodic maintenance.  Once the yard is firmly established, we intend to have him replace our walkways.  He did a nice job and I highly recommend him.
