It went very well. Professional, work all day, and nonsmoker.

First and foremost: safety. Most women I know dread having work done bc we're the ones at home when the work crews come. Mike has zero creep factor, which is so nice. He shows up on time, is polite, no off-color jokes or personal comments, talks about his kids and was nice to my pets. For those reasons alone, I would keep hiring him. But then (and I know this would be the "first and foremost" for most people), the price is always right and he does great work. He's always stayed very close to the initial quote, so there aren't huge surprises at the end of a job. He also pays attention to the whole job: for instance, when he installed the recess lighting and had to make a hole in the living room wall, he drywalled and sanded the hole, and repainted parts of the ceiling. I got quotes from different electricians when I first moved into my house and was new to the area; no one was willing to do both the wiring and any necessary construction. That was huge for me. He also cleans his work area and takes any garbage/debris with him.
He's done such a good job time and time again at my home that I recommended him to do the work at my office as well. I would recommend Lightwater Construction to others without reservation.

Service was excellent!  They provided an estimate  and stuck true to their estimate as well as their projected schedule.  The electrician was very friendly and respectful, and answered all of our questions.  He even showed my husband a few things he could do on his own to save us money!  My husband is very meticulous and he was very pleased with the professional look of the work along with the clean-up.  We have used this company in the past and will definitely continue using them and referring them for electrical work.

Great did a first rate job

Everything went very well.  Mike was very professional and prompt.  He paid very close attention to small details.   The prices were very reasonable.    We have used Mike many times since we purchased our house.   With all of the work we've gotten done, Mike completed most of it.  We will continue to use his services.
