From the start very,very poor communication and a cavalier attitude to customers concerns.First words out of everyone's mouth during contact was do you have a check for me.No communication between different departments of company.Unfulfilled promises,framing crew was not capable of putting up a dog house never knew when they would show up or leave,had to supply them with some of my tools and equipment.Multiple issues with finished product to include non treated framing lumber used below grade,below concrete pour,different dimensional lumber used on both sides of windows which will make it very difficult to install interior sheathing,vinyl siding improperly installed and pulling away from structure.No clean up afterwards,scrap nails left through out driveway area along with other debris and trash.Unwilling to leave left over lumber which I had paid for in contract.With over 30 years of customer service experience myself this by far is the absolute worst possible experience I have been a part of.They were not even aware of permitting process in county of project. Contract signed in July 2015,not completed until January 2016 and to date warranty concerns not addressed.Best excuse they could give was they were going through personnel changes!!.Original project Manager caught in multiple flat out lies which are well documented in emails and text messages.A complete disaster of a company
