Very professional and efficient.

Older Pfaff sewing machine with a broken pin/power cord connection. Brubaker's assured me that it could be repaired, using either a new part or a salvaged part from their sewing machine graveyard, if new was no longer being manufactured. Provided instructions as to how it should be packed so that it would arrive at their shop in one piece. Turn around time was about ten days, but that includes shipping both ways. They called to say that it had arrived at their shop and to apologize that it would be more than the usual two to three day turn around. The business was closing their brick and mortar store for a few days to set up shop at a quilting convention. I thought this was very thoughtful of them and did not mind waiting. The machine was repaired, checked for wear, carefully boxed and shipped back to me. They did a great job and my machine runs perfectly.

I was very unsatisfied with their refusal to work on a machine that was not purchased at their establishment.

They sell a quality product. Their prices are good for what they sell. They have been in business for many years. I would highly recommend them. I have a PFAFF sewing machine and they specialize in that particular sewing machine. They have good experience. They will show you upfront what needs to be done. They are very honest. They don't open their shop for long time. They don't have too many evening hours. I would like to use them again in the future too.
