The clock is working just fine. Getting it back was another matter. My husband was not told that he could not use a credit card to pay and had to drive the twenty miles back home and back to the shop with his checkbook. So make sure you have cash or a checkbook in order to pay for services.

Rick was punctual for every visit. He has always been polite, courteous and very knowledgable. Rick took the time to make sure our Grandfather clock is running exactly on time and to explain the best way to wind and take care of it. Always very pleased with his service as well as his office staff and their professionalism.

Very well.  Also helped me with my DIY cloak fix.

Once I called, he came to the house and picked up the clock and it was repaired within a couple of days.  He personally delivered the clock back and put it back on the wall.  Very courteous and prompt

The shop smells heavy of cigarette smoke, so I know I don't want my clock there for any length of time.  After dropping and breaking parts of the clock, he reset the hour hand and told me all was well.  Jeff talks A LOT!  It was a struggle to get out of the shop...thankfully the phone rang.
The first impression did not go well with him dropping the clocks' back and breaking a piece of decorative wood.  When I got home, set up the clock, the hour hand worked for a few hours, then loosened and dropped.  Apparently, the work Jeff did was not to last long!
 

Overall experience was very good - clock was dismantled, moved and set back up with no issues.  Jeff did determine there were some issues with previous repairs that needed to be corrected at some point - but he got the clock running.  I plan to contact him in the future to have the necessary repairs made.

Clock repairman was extremely knowledgeable.  He disassembled, moved, and re-assembled a Grandfather Clock for me.  He then gave me excellent instructions on how to adjust time and care for the clock (I had inherited the clock from my late Father).  Very professional and reasonably priced to maintain a family heirloom.
