Chris arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner, was very clean and courteous. Everything looked brand new.

Chris's repair work was outstanding! The color match is perfect and the leather has never looked better. Not only did Chris do excellent work, but he was kind and professional. I highly recommend Chris's services.

It went very well. Chris was easy to contact via email and text and was very responsive and positive.  He gave us an estimate based on photos of the furniture I sent him.  When I told him that I wanted to get a second opinion, he said that he thought it's always a good idea to do so - that really impressed me.  He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. I was a little concerned about protecting our carpet but he used drop cloths, and the carpet was fine.  He did such a good job repairing the tear and roughness on the arm of the chair that it looks like new.  He also did a great job of reconditioning both pieces of furniture. His estimate was much more affordable than other companies I contacted, and his offer was much more attractive since he was able to do all the work in our home - thus we avoided time without the furniture and pick-up/delivery charges. I recommend him highly and will definitely use him again if we ever need leather furniture repaired or reconditioned..  

Chris was responsive, on time, and well-prepared.  He educated us about leather and leather care.  Our couch and love seat look like new!

Chris was able to perfectly match the leather colors of both sofas.  The repairs were expertly done. You cannot tell there was ever a crease, spot or snag in any of our furniture.  One of our sofas is over 12 years old. It had wrinkles & creases where the color had come off through years of constant use.  Chris fixed it all perfectly. Our other sofa had spots, in the most frequently used areas, where the color had faded or just come off of the leather. (Is how Chris explained it to me)  Chris fixed this expertly, as well.  Chris was very gracious, neat and respectful of my home as he worked.  I would recommend this company highly.

The results were amazing. We have some leather furniture from a high-end retailer that was covered in claw marks. While the furniture is nine years old, it is still in great functional condition - it just looked terrible. I researched products and providers that performed leather repair and I came across Chris. Miracle worker. Our furniture looks like new. I couldn't believe my eyes!  What he does is truly art work!
Money well spent - instead of spending about $6000-$7000 in replacing the furniture, we spent about 10% of the cost having him refurbish it. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
