This review is with deep regret because I like Bill Green but I can't let this slide. It was 40 degrees in my house, yes Mr. Green came to fix my problem so I thought, yes he fit me in because of the snow coming. But to charge me extra wasn't fair. I had a conversation with him and I asked "How much for today" he said "175.00" I was charged an extra $100.00 and couldn't do anything because I took his word and gave him my credit card info. This is the bad part. The next day my furnace stopped working again and I had to call someone else to come out, they fixed my problem then charged me 80.00 and my furnace is still working. I called Mr. Bill because he installed the equipment years ago. I contacted him and said you told me 175.00 why am I being charged over 100.00 dollars more? He said it's credit card fees. He should honor his original quote because he is the owner. Don't take my word I've attached documentation of our conversations and my bill from him. This is so UNFAIR.

We have worked with Green and Sons for several years and they are always extremely prompt and go above and beyond to remedy our HVAC issues quickly and professionally. The team at Green and Sons demonstrates true empathy for their customers and it feels like whenever I have an urgent need they do everything in their power to provide a quick resolution. Most recently, I had an emergency situation in which our HVAC unit completely stopped working a day before we were planning to host an Open House and attract buyers for our home. Knowing the gravity of the situation, Green and Sons assured me they would get things taken care of and drove nearly all the way to another state to find the parts we needed, then spent as much time as was needed to get everything installed properly. I will be forever grateful to Green and Sons for solving this problem quickly and in a high quality manner during an already stressful time with listing a home for sale. On another occasion, we noticed a leak in the ceiling coming from one of our HVAC units on a Saturday afternoon, and Green and Sons again seemed to drop everything to rush over and help us stop the leak and fix the HVAC issue as soon as possible. Not only is Green and Sons very responsive and works to solve urgent/emergency situations as quickly as possible, their work is very high quality and I have faith that they are doing the job well. They are trustworthy and genuinely nice people and I am happy to give them business because they develop strong relationships with their clients and conduct their business in such a good manner. I could not recommend Green and Sons more for all your HVAC needs!

He came out to instal lthe new unit immedietly. He did not finish the work. He did not put a retunr duct on the unit. The unit was not hooked up to the furnace at all. I had to have my son finish the job. The job was imcomplete. He did not give any paper work or any warranty weith the unit. I am not sure what the warranty is or how long the unit is suppose to last.

very well. the only drawback is they are so busy all the time in peak season its hard to get them sometimes.

had service two different times, Nice owner,even picked me up to take me to the rental house after it had snowed the day before. I don't drive on snowy streets.

I am the owner and operator of a design/construction related firm. So when I required the help of a HVAC contractor I set out to find and employ only the very best. .Even though I am well versed in several areas of construction, I did not feel comfortable that my knowledge of HVAC construction was sufficient to select a contractor on my own. I took the advise of a highly qualified and respected contractor who has been in the business for years and years. Boy I am I glad I took his advise. Bill Green was the best choice and is at the top of his game. Not only did he do a fabulous job he was available throughout the process to gladly answer any questions or concerns. As the job progressed he kept me informed on everything...even taking photographs of HVAC related issues in attic and roof locations that would have otherwise been impossible for me to see. He and his Sons were so good about always keeping every area of my home clean. The reason I did not upgrade the HVAC system earlier was because I had been told for years that the few issues I wanted corrected could not be done. I was so pleasantly suprised when Bill was able to make my wishes a reality. It just goes to show you when you go with only the best you receive only the best. i could not be more delighted and feel more comfortable with my new HVAC system.I never recommend anyone in the construction field unless I am certain they are highly qualified and great to work with. Consequently in the past I had to decline when my clients would ask me to recommend a HVAC contractor. Now I will highly recommend the perfect HVAC contractor: Bill Green.

Green and Sons is a family owned business (i love working with family owned companies!). A father, two hard-working sons, and a very nice wife. They came highly recommended by our friend and realtor. They work fast, clean, meticulous and provide high quality service. Good peoples skills. Respectful. Also very creative. Bill, the owner, made a special arrangement for the A/C supplies under the toekick of our kitchen. i had to take photos to show my husband because it was a neat idea that prevented the air from floating around in dead space. Then we hired him to install the furnaces/ac/hepafilters/humidifiers. And then i called them back to rearrange the returns in our masterbedroom and master closet. My name is Ana Maria Rodriguez and I live in Towson, MD. Both my husband and I are very happy with this company, and the work Bill's sons also provide.
