Brian K. Miller Heating and Air Conditioning

Zero star review! Did the work, DESTROYED my bathroom. I had 2 toilets changed out by Miller's work crew and the upstairs toilet was installed improperly. Every time my toilet flushed, the water ran down the wall, DESTROYING my downstairs bathroom, causing the wall to soften and black mold grew all over the wall and beans. Brian Miller initially took out a claim for the damage with his insurance company but when the claim was denied because his insurance doesn't cover damage due to worker's mistakes. Once the claim was denied, Brian Miller no longer wanted to take responsibility for the damage. I took him to civil court, Miller was ordered to pay for the damages and I still haven't recieved compensation to fix my bathroom and it's been since November 2021. I had to register the judgement in the county court. Brian Miller lives in the same neighborhood and he has family who live right next to me. If he can disregard a judgment against him from someone in his own neighborhood know that he will not think twice about ignoring you when he or his workers cause damage in your home.

We had a great experience with the entire Miller crew. Their work is fantastic, their customer service is amazing and we were quite happy with their prices too. They recently did several big jobs for us and we couldn’t be more happy with what a great job they did! We will definitely be using Miller for a few other projects down the road.

They were quick and thorough. They were a little expensive. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out just fine. They should have repeat customer way of reducing the annual costs just like tune-ups.

Brian and Christian showed up early. Christian went right to work. The work was completed in a very short time. They both were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The unit is now working correctly with a constant temperature as we requested. Am very satisfied with the service!!!

We approached several companies to provide quotes for this service. Most of them recommended a completely new system (exterior, coil, and furnace). Some recommended just an outside unit and coil. Brian was the first to recommend just a new coil (our house is 9 years old). Of the two companies who provided just a coil repair estimate, his estimate was around $400 lower.

He also checked our warranty (only 5 year).

He arrived a little late because he was finishing another call but hey, if you can get an air conditioner repaired in just a few days in the middle of July, I would consider this a victory.

The service was efficient and he didn't mind that I hung around to watch (and learn) about the repair.

One other thing that I really liked is that his estimate that he sent via email included a detailed breakdown of the estimate, meaning that it included the parts, the labor, and the misc. expenses broken down. We were able to accept the estimate by clicking on a link and he was notified on his phone immediately. He was able to accept a credit card as well. After the work was completed he sent us the invoice and after we paid he sent the paid in full receipt. Again, very convenient.

He did a great job and we would both recommend him to others and use him again. He is local and came highly recommended to us.
