Excellent work. Could not have been happier with this company and the people who work there. Very responsive and professional.

On one of the hottest summer days, Joe and his team, consisting of foremen and installers, installed air conditioning to my entire house. I was impressed with their teamwork, their professionalism and the efficiency with which they completed the job. The detailed explanation provided before and after the installation was reassuring. Amazingly, the job was completed in half the time and the house was clean with no signs of construction. Thank you! I recommend Dipaola without hesitation.

Owner gave me a free estimate and gave me a price on the spot. We agreed to price and gave me a start date . They started the 2 day job as agreed and finished a half a day early. In between days you would of never known they were there daily mess totally cleaned up . Overall they did a really nice neat professional job. In sept I had a problem on labor day with a fuse and there service department was at my house in less than 45 min and had me running in a half a hour.

I have used them before as well. They come in and tells you the price. They have good crews. They tell you what they are going to do. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

I think they did shotty work. They were not professional. When I came home from work, I saw that a teenager was putting in the duct work. I called them multiple times and had very a very poor response from them. The gas company even told me I should red tag my furnace because it was so improperly installed.

Called Anthony for a price for new boiler. He came out that day. He looked to see what I had and needed. He was very honest and up front with me about price and what I needed replaced. No BS. We agreed on a price and setup a time for the boiler to be installed. The installation crew showed up on time and did a nice neat job. Cleaned up after. The gentlemen were very polite and courteous. I've also had Dipaola's plumber do work for me on 4 occasions. Frozen water line,replaced faucets two times and two weeks ago installed a gas line to the fireplace for gas logs. Overall we've had very good experience with Dipaola's work. Very reasonably priced.

From the minute that the staff came to the house for the estimate, things went well. We were given a professional estimate and that price was solid. They were on time and when there was a slight delay due to a part not being in, we were informed of the situation early. They apologized about not having the place cleaned up (we were remodeling and the contractors were in demolition mode), and they stated that they would come out and clean the ducts before we moved back in for free! They also moved a vent in the kitchen at no additional cost! We have had awesome service from them!
