Everything went very well.  The owner, John Ragonese, worked up an estimate for me quickly, and the final price was very, very close to the estimate.   I have used Windows in More in the past for some doors and handicap accessible bathroom fixtures, so I was aware of their quality reputation.  All phone calls and emails were returned, so communication was good.  Once the job started, they worked until it was completed, unlike contractors who come and go to other jobs, dragging your work out for weeks.  Everyone was professional, polite and timely - and it was a tough job as my home is quite old.  Each evening, accomodations were made so I would continue to have electricity in the evening as they worked on that project.  My new porch and deck is beautiful!  And my bathroom is greatly enhanced by the upgrades.  Everything was cleaned up afterwards.  The job was skillfully done, with great care given to the work being done right and with proper workmanship.   So it was definitely a very positive experience for me.

The owner was especially helpful with the kitchen redesign.  He suggested well-needed improvements to both the flow and lighting of the kitchen.  If you want a special design feature, he can accommodate any request.  (We now have an 11.5 inch wide, pull-out spice cabinet that works perfectly for our space.)  The contractors were timely, professional and proficient craftsmen.  The finished kitchen is beautiful.
Since our kitchen remodel, Windows & More has also remodeled our powder room & bathroom.  Both are as beautiful as the kitchen.

John, the owner, personally came out, took measurements, then met with us again to give us an estimate.  John ordered the windows & told us it would take 3 weeks to get them delivered from the manufacturer & 3 days to install.  All that John promised was delivered.  Workers were prompt & very professional.  The windows look beautiful.  A couple pieces of the molding around the windows busted when they were removing them to install the windows, (the house is 40 years old) and they replaced them at no extra charge to us!!

Terrible experience.  Was assured that I would 'love' these windows.  They have never worked properly. When you open the window the top slides down. In order to close and lock them I am supposed to push up on the top window and push down on the bottom window at the same time and then lock it. Otherwise there is a gap and a draft comes in.  I am 5' tall and cannot reach the top of the window to push it shut. And frankly, one should not have to perform gymnastics to simply close and lock ones windows.
I called to have this problem repaired. They came out twice. couldn't understand the problem. tried to fix it...they still do not work. My choices now are to continue to have them try, have them replace them or get them replaced by someone else. none of these options are appealing to me or affordable.  There is a cold draft coming from the windows.  I emphatically do NOT love my windows...I wish I had never replaced the wood ones...at least they worked.

A prompt estimate was furnished and the work was performed as promised.  The installer was professional and completed the work efficiently.  He arrived at the appointed time and cleaned up after he was finished.  The owner came back later and reviewed the work to make sure I was satisfied.  He followed up with a thank you note.  I was completely satisfied with the work and would use this company again.

Once again we had a very good experience.  The installer was the same person who replaced our windows & siding 2 years ago.  Again, very professional & knew his job.  The job was nowhere as big as the work we had done before, but we are totally happy with the work that was done.

It was a very good experience.  The installer was a very hard, neat worker. At the end of each day he cleaned up from the work that was done that day.  It took him several weeks to complete such a large job.  The weather at times was cold & sometimes snowy, but he showed up each day & did as much as he could.  He kept us informed of the daily process.  I would recommend Windows & More for window & siding replacement and would use them for future projects.

Everything went well and the porch has held up well.

The owner was very prompt in responding to us. He worked closely with us and listened to everything that we wanted. He has a tremendous resource in finding the supplies. He takes pride in his work. He did a beautiful job.
