The cement is cracking after 3 weeks, there is no gloss on the finish which leads me to think the sealing, nor the cleaning, was not done properly; the stamp tracing is of inconsistent widths and it can be seen where corrections were attempted to be made; there arr colorless border all along the project; and more excavation was done then needed. The Project did not know that work stopped for a week on the project. Communication other than the blow off email was nonexistent. I would not be so upset, but I can clearly see the quality difference between myself and my two neighbors who this company also did the work. I know there was better management, oversight, and communication with the two neighboring projects. Equipment left on property is still on property after 3 requests to remove. Do not waste your money!!!

Terrible experience overall. Initial quote was good. After one day of work they requested additional money as they did not realize that it was bigger than they originally evaluated. The work was average with a lot of collateral damages that lead to unplanned remodeling due to damages to the floors and ceilings. Then some wetness noted and they were asked to return to check. New layer of concrete and extension of the outside pipes= new bill, despite the lifetime warranty. Now the sump pump is working well but somehow there is an improper connection to the sewage and they want additional fee to fix that problem. Had Better Bureau and Attorney general involved with multiple complaints and no outcome.

Very Professional team and did great job on my sidewalk. No mess left behind. Good estimate and fast service. Ryan is someone that makes sure the job is always done correctly and stands behind his company. I highly recommend them for all their services and products.

50/50 feelings about Northeast: There apparently aren't that many places around that do small jobs. It does take specialized equip and some skill to pump concrete under a slab, but did tick me off when dude had balls to raise price another $50 from $900 to $950 over the minute I took to consider his estimate. But I was concerned a certain person in the neighborhood appeared to be practicing a trip-and-fall when she thought nobody was looking. Work done quickly, but I filled the drill holes in he left in the concrete with my own handiwork. So it's not as pretty as it could be. But the sidewalk is leveled and I won't get sued for a trip-and-fall

Great crew came out to repair the basement wall and waterproof, and they did a wonderful job. The company went above and beyond what was contracted.

The wall was getting worse each day, Northeast Foundations and Concrete fixed it in less than a week from the time Ian Smith came out to give me an estimate and I signed the contract. I received a lifetime guarantee that goes with the house when it is sold. It was fixed by putting rebar and concrete in between the blocks and recoated the outside of the wall. The two young men that fixed my wall explained everything as they went . Ian Smith, owner, came and inspected the work. The work was completed in two days. The jacks were left in place for a few weeks. The cost was much less than other contractors.

They arrived on time and got right to work. Everybody knew what they were doing and the job was finished that day. Everything was installed correctly, the work was done professionally and cleanup afterward was flawless. Everybody was friendly and very professional. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The company arrived on time gave a great explanation of what he wanted to do and arrived on time did the job cleaned up and my sidewalk looks really nice recommend this company to all my friends
