They cleaned the carpets in three rooms. One being a pretty good size. 

It was easy to schedule. Its always the owner and a helper who I think is his dad. 

They're  always on time, very reasonable. They do a really good job, you can tell he really cares. If there's a stain he takes his time to try and get it out. 

I will continue to use them.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. They explained the process of the method they were using. I have high allergy issues with any fragrance but the sent was very light and didn't cause any issues. They got all the stains and the price was reasonable. They got it done in the time they said they would but they didn't seem to be in a rush. They were no funny after affects or problems.

Their service was great. They were on time. I was really happy. The owners are great guys, and the price is great as well.

John does a great job. I have recommended him to other friends. He's responsible. One time they actually broke a lamp but they got it fixed immediately. They are easy to make an appointment with and they get back to me when I leave messages. They do a really good job. They can even take an old carpet and make it look as much as new as they possibly can. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I have a friend who stays a little far and they go a long distance which is really nice. They go to a lot of places. She wanted to replace her carpet but she didn't have the money and it was really looking awful especially the stairs when we come up from the front door so that's when I asked her to try John. He's not that expensive for what he does. She said that she didn't have to replace the carpets because he did such a good job. She was so upset at how awful it looked and now it doesn't look new but it's really close.

They did very well, I liked them a lot. They are very prompt, and do very nice work.

John came right out got the job done

I called the number that a Friend gave me that she has to do her carpets left a messages and John called me right back he came and looked over the carpets told me what he would be able to do and what he wouldn't be able to get out of the carpets. After John left I thought he is never going to get them clean understand the carpets was down right dirty but I told him to do what he could because I just was not getting new carpets for a house I just got the house and going to rent it out. Right after Thanksgiving John came back to do the job and he was vary respectful it was raining that day and John and his worker was vary respectful for the House. He got done with the job asked me to go and check the carpets out and I'm the first to say they are like new YES 100% will call him back GREAT JOB AND EASY TO WORK WITH
