Very professional. Clearly focuses on doing a good job. Knowledgeable about the process. Additional work discovered during the process that was not expected in the original contract was discussed, with options and costs, for approval before completing the work, so there were no unexpected costs in the final bill. Cost estimate was equal to the final payment.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of a two story wood siding home. The project included scraping to remove old layers of paint, sanding, powerwashing, painting a primer coat and a finish coat on the entire exterior. Repaired areas of the siding where the wood was not in good shape. Repaired wood trim around windows, caulked around windows, painted window trim, storm windows and doors. Left the area completely clean.
