Gingrich's Plumbing & Heating

The work was conducted while I was not there....I did not think the faucet assembly was installed and adjusted correctly...mentioned this to owner afterwards and no reply.

We called Gingrichs at 8 am on a Thursday. Within in minutes, Dave returned my call. I told him it was my only bathroom and he said either he, or his son would be out within 30 minutes. Just like Dave said, his son was here within 15 minutes. I showed him where the leak was, and he found the problem in less than a minute. He explained and even took pictures for me (since I have a bad back and can't bend down) which impressed me very much. He explained he had to remove the tank from the toilet and replace a few parts. He went out to his service van and got parts he needed. He had the tank tore off with in minutes. He Showed me where it was leaking from and showed me what he was replacing it with. I left him do his job and came back in 25 minutes to find him cleaning the floor already (and it was spotless) he left me a business card and put tissue paper around the toilet and said if it looked wet after a day to call him., or if it was dry just to throw it away. The tissue paper stayed dry so I threw it away. He was very thorough and clean dressed. This is why I like family business who take pride in their work. Thank you Dave and Ian. I will be using Gingrich's for all my plumbing needs.

I called Gingrich Plumbing and left a message on their answering machine explaining the work that I need to have done.  They called me back that evening and thought they could do the job in the next couple days.  They were very busy at the time because of all the frozen pipes being experienced in the area due to the extremely cold temperatures (this was January!).  The next day, they called and told us they could do the job on 1/12/2015 (a few days away).  They showed up exactly at the time they scheduled.  Mr. Gingrich had his son along to help with the work.  They worked quickly and cleaned everything up when they were finished.  Both the new tub and the new fixtures are of a very good quality.  My wife and I were thrilled with the result and will definitely use Mr. Gingrich for any future plumbing needs that we have.  I had another plumbing issue and asked Mr. Gingrich to look at it - he was happy to do that and it turned out that it didn't need any work (and there was no charge for him taking a few minutes to look at it.

They worked for two and a half days maybe. Everything worked really well.

They looked at the problems I was having, and determined that really I needed a drain/sewer specialist. Dave recommended Drain and Pump Services. He took the time to call them directly and discuss the issue, so I didn't have to relay information. Chad from Drain and Pump Services also came quite promptly. Once he got there, he had some additional questions, and called the Gingrich team back, for another discussion by phone. This made things much easier for me - I didn't have to try to be a go between! - and Dave didn't even charge for the visit to my house. This is the 3rd time they have come out (the first 2 involved actual work) and they are consistently excellent! I would highly recommend them!

Gingrich's had been recommended by neighbors as great to work with, and they were! The plumber showed up punctually and had the job done in about half the time I expected. He cleaned up thoroughly, and everything works great. The bill was very reasonable. I will definitely use the company again.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

Gingrich's Plumbing and Heating was very prompt and reliable. I trust them in the house. They did a good job. They're very efficient. I've never had any problems with them at all.

The job went as I expected, when a pro works things are made to look easy and Dave is a real pro.

They are easy to schedule. They are local which I like. They are family owned business. It's like working with real people who live in the area and not with a strange and personal company from somewhere else; I like that a lot. They are very prompt. They were in and out quick. They did good job. They were quick in payment. I would use them in the future.

They replaced all of the valves and gaskets in this toilet. They toilet works much better than before and the water leaks were fixed and there have been no problems with the toilet.

He was very timely and responsive. He made recommendations for us based on his experience. No fuss.
