Daflure came out today for scheduled service on my Trane system. The Tech was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. It was very comforting to have highly qualified person take his time to make sure I understood the system. On time, highly qualified, professional and caring, THANK YOU.

I was completely new to residential solar installation--I found everyone I interacted with during the entire process very helpful and professional. I especially appreciated Tim's honesty in assessing the amount of panels I would need to provide the best result(not just how many they could sell to me and fit on my roof). They were helpful throughout my many questions, seemed very honest in their answers, and the estimates about how it would affect my electrical use have proven to be accurate. Also I was pleasantly surprised to receive a followup call at 6 months after purchase--an employee came to the house, wanted to know how I felt about the system and brought a gourmet cookie/candy gift bag. I would definitely use this company again.

It went well. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some others I was looking at. I was able to get a better system for the same cost that another company was going to charge me. They were here when scheduled. I had an issue over the weekend after the install and they came out and checked my concern without raising any issues on it. My only feedback is that the office staff sometimes doesn't call back, you need to call them. Outside of that, the money for the value is great.

Gave us the best price for 16 SEER unit so we could take advantage of $1200 PPL rebate. Was on time, cleaned up and had everything up and running in one day. The technicians were polite and on time.

I've used them for a couple years now, and we are always pleased. The last time it went very well. We had no problems, and it is running very nice. It only took them at most couple days to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg our salesman, was wonderful. Was very knowledgable about what our needs would be for the size of our house. Was very personable and professional. Sold us what we needed not what would make him the biggest commission. Meant a lot that he showed up with the installation crew, as opposed to them just showing up with a work order. Installers were very friendly and competent. Even played with our shepherds during their lunch break, and made sure everything was done to satisfaction even though I know they wanted to get started on their 4th of July weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the BEST service . The BEST people. Matt knows what he is doing- he fixed what another company said was "unfixable"  I would consider no one else to work on our heating/AC.  So happy to have found them.

We just used them one time. They came back once or twice. They were on time. They completed the work in a timely manner. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.
