Everything turned out wonderful. He was intensive to detail, clean, and professional. I can't say enough about him. He did excellent work and I would hire them again. His helper was terrific too.

We are remodeling a rental unit and when we ripped out the old carpet, we found wood floors underneath. We called all around trying to find someone to refinish the floors and found this company on Angie's list. Rich Smith came the day after we called him and gave us a price while he was there. We agreed to it and he gave us the date he could start. Later that week, Rich called and said he could come even sooner and do the work, and he was there when he said he would be, did a fantastic job, and did it all during the hottest week of the year! He was friendly, professional, and we will call him again for other jobs.

We couldn't be happier. We called for an estimate and received a return call within a day. Rich Smith came to give an estimate that week. The quote was thorough and after he finished measuring the space, we were given an estimate in writing on the spot. The quote was comprehensive and extremely reasonable. We were told it would take about two weeks and the work took 7 days total. The first day they noticed we were missing 1/4round in the room they were installing the floors and hadn't included that in their estimate. I approved the change and it only increased the bill by $50. They worked quickly and the floors look great. They let me know as the job progressed what they were doing, what the next step would be and how it would effect our use of the area. They were friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home.
