I get the call from my tenants that it has finally heated up and now the A/C unit won't work. Help! I called Pat from Twin Air and he assured me he would visit the rental property and he took down the name and number of my tenant and called them that same day to schedule the following day! WOW problem solved. Turns out the unit just needed a new filter and a re-charge, so the cost was minimal but now my tenants are cool and I don't get annoying phone calls!

Pat was extremely helpful. He came to look at my old oil furnace & explained it was already 25 years old & failing fast. He and his partner Tim were friendly. I felt I could leave them alone and went and did errands. They installed the new unit and removed the old one and left my basement cleaner then they started.
