 + -1 moreI choose Sipes Contracting because he was somewhat close. I liked Sipe, had a good feeling and wanted to give this young man a chance, I interviewed another service for what I was looking for. The other service came in lower in price but I liked Sipe. In the end, I was the one who benefited the extras. I found him honest, willing, caring, wanting to do exactly what i was looking for. I am all for giving the younger generation a chance if I can. I want to build for him. Vern is a hard worker and would recommend for other work. He has many gifts;, building, wood work, hardwood floors, whatever needs done etc. Sipe Contracting will go far... No, I am not related to him. Nor, ever met the young man before. He is just sincere and willing to work to your specifications in whatever you need done.
Description of Work: I was looking for someone to do planting of tress as well as plants, also mulching. Owner contacted me right away. Came at a time that was good for me. Within a week he was here to plant and mulch. Sipe had good ideas in placement that I was happy with. Giving me ideas that I would never think of. Took his job seriously, even completing in the rain, He did most everything himself but had a helper unloading the mulch.
