i really liked the work they did on our church roof very professional and a good group of men and when they were done cleaned up like they were never there i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a roof or any other work done very satisfied everyone in our church is very pleased with the roof and looks good

They were timely and efficient and completed the task perfectly. Not only that but they were so good to remove an old TV antenna from the side of the house. These are good people and local.

The project manager was on top of everything from start to finish. Put an addition on my house and everything matched perfectly. They even found the exact flooring that I already had to match even though it had been 15 years since the last flooring had been installed. Outside siding was also a perfect match. I now have a beautiful new family room. I was so impressed I called them back to install my new roof a few months later. Also very well done...in only a day!!! Highly recommend this company.

They did a nice job on our metal roof, however they seem to be lacking in communication. We had two layers of shingles on our roof and asked that both be taken off. The salesman advised it will be done. My wife and I observing the work noticed they only took one layer off and started to put the vapor barrier on the shingles. If we hadn’t caught that they would not have taken second layer off. They seemed agitated about that but that is what we paid for. They did what we asked and did apologize. However, we are not sure if we hadn’t seen this it would have been done. Also, we have a gravel driveway and they left hundreds of nails on the ground. They didn’t put enough tarp down for coverage. We had to rake up all those nails so we didn’t get a flat in any of our cars. Extra work and time for US. Not cool.

This company did great work. The workers only took a break for lunch, then worked non-stop until finished. They cleaned up so that you never knew they had been there.

February 2019 windstorms ripped the roofing from our house. Manager Abe came out fast, tarped the house, and gave us a reasonable quote for repairs. The repairs were done quickly and the cleanup was immaculate. Completely professional from beginning to end. They have our business for life.

I'm very happy with my roof, the installation process, and the sales manager, Abe. He talked me through the entire process and explain how and why everything was being done the way it was. When the day came everything was done so fast. One day I had a new roof and new gutters. And cost, I got a new metal roof with premium color and 4 inch gutters around my house for the price everyone else was charging for just the roof. Customer service, Abe was very courteous and helpful, he even offered if I didn't go with him I could still ask him questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I called Abe at shell Restoration, he provided a timely quote on replacing our roof. I had several quotes but Shell's was the best price. after I decided to go with them the materials were delivered and the work was completed the next day. several months later our roof was damaged by a falling tree. Art came out and gave me a quote that was less than what the insurance company estimated. The work was completed in a timely manner and we have had no issues. We got a metal roof with new insulation, it is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. If you are looking for a quality roof done in a timely fashion with quality workmanship look no further than Shell restoration, they treated us right.

I was not happy with the job they did and it took 2 weeks for them to correct it. I sent a letter and an email to the owner and be never replied. I will never hire then again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Of the owner doesnt care enough about his business to reply to a complaint I dont want to deal with his company. Abe the sales person was terrible.

Abe really took care of this project. He answered my inquiry promptly, and set up a 3-way call so I could talk directly with the shingle supplier. He gave me a good price and estimated the job could be done quickly and soon. A couple of roofers never even returned my calls. The dumpster showed up just as he advised a few days later, and the roofing crew was done in one day. I've got the best looking roof in my neighborhood. My yard was clean afterward and the dumpster was picked up promptly. Abe helped get me a nice settlement with my insurance company for wind damage and also helped my claim with some extras the adjuster had overlooked. A great roof, great price, fast and efficient service, no hassles, no headaches. What more could you ask? The only problem I can see is that my roof is going to outlive me.
