HOME DEPOT AT HOME SERVICE

Our initial contact was to replace our windows. The salesman was prompt for our appointment, and explained our options for the windows. We asked about the siding, and found that Home Depot could also change the siding. Home Depot managed all 3 phases of our project, from having the material delivered, to having the dumpster removed at completion. We had a dedicated Service Manager to oversee the entire project. He and the scheduling center in Atlanta kept us updated on a regular basis, followed up to make sure we were satisfied after each phase and again at completion. They also provide internet access to the project where any questions or problems can be posted, and commit to having a supervisor call back very promptly. The installation crews were on time, and very professional. All debris was cleaned up and removed.

We have a leaking joint. The trap at the joint looks has 1/2and quot; gaps.
I explained how to install a downspout to the installer. It required 3 elbows to make it work correctly. He installed it crooked with 2 elbows. It is right by my front door and looks terrible.
I have contacted them 3 times to get it fixed, and am still waiting for a response.

I went well he was friendly and reliable on the telephone when making an appointment for all the services. I need to stop my roof from leaking.

Now when snow melts, it doesn’t go into the gutters, it comes off the top of the roof as if there are no gutters, so the product is not working as advertised. The installation went well, but the product itself is not up to par.
