 + -1 moreHe was absolutely wonderful, very professional, very thorough, explained everything that needed to be done and what he said needed to be done, it did. We were very pleased with the work he did. He did a credit card on his phone which that was the first time I have ever done that and I thought that was pretty neat. The estimate he gave me in March was what it cost. There were no surprised. He really knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: I used DiGiorgi Piano Service and had piano tuning in June. Our first appointment was in March the fifth then he cam back in June to do the work. The first appointment he took a look at our piano to see what we needed to do. It needed tuned. It was made in the 1936's and it needed some additional work. It was drying out inside and he had to moisten tents. Because of that, its age and because it hadn't been tuned for years he couldn't guarantee this would be a permanent fix or work forever. It seemed to have done a wonderful job fixing it.

piano tuning
 + -1 more.He was very polite and so good. I have a ancient piano that was my grandmothers and he treats is like it is an expensive piece of equipment. He always put booties on his shoes. He came back and fixed something I wanted at no charge. He also played the piano with me when he was done tuning it.
