The worker came and repaired the concrete. He painted one coat of paint, which streaked, and never returned to correct the problem. We called him for 15 months following this. At first he promised to return, then became abusive. He finally just totally ignored subsequent calls. In the meantime, repair to the original concrete work was required. We have a warranty which he has ignored. Do not get this person to do any concrete work.

Justin and unidentified man proceeded to clean and seal outside porches.  All looked ok but they were careless with sealing product and got it all over outside door and white porch railing.  Had to point out a crack unidentified man missed and Justin had to tell him to repair.  By May 2014, I called to report the cracks were back.  After leaving several messages, Jeff (reported owner) called to say Joe has lung cancer.  Left another message in June and got an irate call from Jeff saying he'd get back to me and will extend warranty.  August, 2015 left another message and Joe returned call and was very nice and said he'll take of it.  Today, June 24, 2016 left message and Jeff called saying they still aren't doing any work due to Joe's health.  I asked why they were still advertising in Coupon Clipper Magazine then?  I told him the cracks were getting worse and he told me to get someone else to fix them.  Was amazed I was calling about a 3 year old job and I told him I've been calling since 2014 with no results.  Pointed out that Justin did the original work so why can't he fix it since he's not sick and again Jeff went back to Joe's illness.  I would not use this company again.  Their product isn't any better than paint and no water proofing at all.
