Book & Proch Well Drilling & Water Treatment

This company did an excellent job drilling a new well. We’ve had well issues for 30 years and finally, they were able to alleviate our stress and drill us a new well making 14 gallons per minute! They did everything they said they would, professional and were very respectful of our property. Unfortunately, we had to wait two weeks but there were two other customers before us without water. Due to Covid the cost of supplies upped our cost, too. Communication was outstanding. Overall, we are very pleased with Book & Proch and would recommend them without reservation.

This company drilled a new water well for us 14 years ago, after the original well, drilled when our house was built, collapsed, and we lost all water.  The original well was a failure from the get-go. The water always contained sand and silt. If we did more than two loads of laundry in a day, we were out of water. It seemed the original company was here every few months to address one problem or another, including a pump that failed from pumping too much sand. The day finally came when we called the original company for yet another problem, but this time, no one bothered to show up.
It was then I called Book & Proch. They were here the next day to evaluate the problem and determined our well had collapsed and needed replaced. The drilling rig arrived the next day and a new well was drilled over the next few days. At last we had what seemed like an unlimited supply of clean clear water! 
After 14 years of absolutely no water problems, the pressure tank diaphragm failed. Considering the expected life-span is 10 years, it was not surprising.
I called Book & Proch. They were here the next morning. 40 minutes later a new pressure tank, pressure guage and pressure switch were installed and  the problem was resolved. 
I am completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work from this company.

My experience with this company restored my faith in people. I have dealt with many companies over the years and many of my experiences have not been pleasant.

They came out quickly and efficiently and have always done great work. They were always polite and I would highly recommend them.

Anytime I have any problems they come out almost immediately and get the job done. I never have to call them back, their service is excellent. They are nice guys, they can come out while my wife is here and there are never any problems.
