Solid, honest computer repair.  The owner of the company is knowledgeable, professional, and proficient.  She is responsive and handles both the technical and administrative sides of the business well.  The business is customer-friendly and to the degree a customer is interested, they are also willing to share technical computer knowledge.  I have come to rely on EZ/PC.

The service was excellent! When I dropped off my computer they reviewed my concerns carefully, writing everything down, called me as requested to let me know what needed to be done and cost, then made the corrections and ran the diagnostic process on my system, identifying new things that I was not aware of. Finally, they reviewed everything upon pick up. Very good customer service.

They are very knowledgeable about computers.  Not able to retrieve any data because it was a mechanical failure,  not software failure.  Dropped computer off on Thursday & it was ready the following Tuesday.  Gave them my original disks which they loaded for me.  They said Computers need regular maintenance, just like your car.   A yearly checkup, which I plan to do.
