They did not show up the first day, then showed up late the second day for a one day job. When I called to complain the first day and advised I took off work to do this, their comment was we tell people not to do that. I don't even know how that would work if you are not home. I cancelled but they called back offering a 100 credit, I agreed and said ok. While doing the install they were very messy, they did not cover anything. They only broom swept dust and clumps of morter. They did not have any cleaning equipment not even their own broom. My yard has clumps of mortar stuck in it. They also damaged my landscape. When we received the quote the sales person said the only clean up and work on our part would be wiping a haze from the mortar off the windows. After the installation my wife drove to their offices because we could see gaps between the glass block, we did not get the credit, and we had the mess. They offered to come back to caulk the gaps but were not friendly at all. They also gave us the 100 dollars for missing the day. I think I have more work now than if I had done the work myself. It literally is two men in a pick up truck sub contracted to do this work. To be fair they did offer to replace the plant.

"We do our best to keep on schedule, but weather can throw off our schedule. Yes, we had to reschedule this project, but that is the only truthful part of their review. We ask the customers to sign a completion certificate stating they have looked over the entire project and are happy with the installation AND clean up,. The Buttry's signed this form. In fact, they were so happy they gave our crew a tip! We also have a policy that before and after pictures are taken on every job, We have conclusive proof that this review is inaccurate. The landscaping and the plant was never damages by our crew. 2 days later the lady came to our showroom and was screaming at everyone to the point that she screamed at our manager for not getting out of his office fast enough to greet her, I am not sure why she thought this behavior was necessary, but we have the entire episode on the security camera system. As far as two men and a pick up truck, yes we do dispatch 2 man crews in a pick up truck. This was a one-day installation. I am not sure how many people she was expecting, but this is industry standard. We do our best to please everyone. Even if what she said was correct, which it is not, it does not warrant her unstable and violent behavior towards my staff."

The installers were great Keith and Aaron were professional and good guys. The only problem was I ordered 4 glass block windows and one was mis-measured (honest mistake)and they need to re-order one glass block window the other three windows fit great were installed and look beautiful I highly recommend Glass Block Pro for glass block windows and installation

The day they were due to show up I got home from work at 8. There was a message on the answering machine to please call them before they send their people out to do my windows. They were due to be there between 8 and 10. When I called, the gentleman told me that they made the wrong windows for me. They made windows with vents in it, but they were willing to give me those windows with vents at no charge to me, but if I decided not to take them, then we would have to wait and reschedule. I decided to take the vents, then he tells me that they should be there between 12 and 2 I told him no, I had scheduled this appointment a month ago and it was between 8 and 10 he ended up calling back telling me that he would check into it and said I will definitely be there before 2. I had just gotten off a night turn. I specifically made the time frame 8 to 10 so that I can get it over and done with and go to sleep I talked to the other woman that was working there and she promised me that they would be there by 10. I ended up having to call her back two other times and the people didn't show up until 12:30. They did a good job, but when I went outside they left the mortar in my grass that I had to wash away. I would not recommend them again.

good work, fast, and price was right. Was a little difficult to schedule with them, but they did a great job on my block windows. Only recommendation is that you specify that you want the area shop vacuumed after if you replace a block window. Found a lot of glass shards. Probably somewhat unavoidable, but it wasn't fully cleaned up... I didn't ask them to either...
