I called this service provider to repair my furnace which was not working. A service tech came out promptly, and called me to let me know what was wrong and get the okay to make the repairs (I was at work.) The same problem that had occurred prior to the repair happened within 8 hours - it stopped working. This was on a Friday, late afternoon. I called the office and talked to the service tech, who told me that if they came out to look at it over the weekend, it would cost me considerably more for the call. I said that I could use space heaters for the weekend.
They sent a different technician out the following Monday, and again was at work. I received no phone call in regards to the issue, so assumed that the original problem had been taken care of, as my furnace was working when I got home (and has been
since then.)
I paid the bill that I received for the service. When I received another bill 2 months later, I thought that they had not received my original payment. At that point, I didn't notice that the it was a totally different bill. I called the office to question this, and I was told
that this bill was for the second service performed. I asked to talk to a manager, and voiced my concerns that I was charged an additional amount for repairs that should have been completed the first time. He said that it was probably a different problem the second time. I debated this and got no where. I then said that I should have received a phone call prior to them making the "additional" repairs, as this was a lot of money, that I didn't currently have. Again, I got no where.
As mentioned, this "additional" cost was not budgeted, and I was not able to make the payment in a prompt manner. However, I have been making payments, even though I felt that I was duped. A few weeks ago, I received a civil action hearing notice from them! Unbelievable! I am going to the civil hearing to make my story heard.

It was fine. I have used them for years and they are good. I know Mr. Swenson and would use them again.

I haven't gotten the bill yet. I would absolutely hire him again.
