Incredibly difficult company to work with. They will refill tanks without notice and have never left a bill when they fill it. The company offers a "prompt pay discount" if you [pay within 10 days, but . We've received invoices in envelopes that are postmarked WEEKS past the invoice date, so it's impossible to actually get that discount. Boyertown eventually told us we could get the discount by signing up for autopay, but we were not made aware of this until months after signing up for the service. On 10 February, they stated in a phone call that our account would be credited for the discount since they "were behind" on sending out invoices, but are now refusing to honor what they previously stated and are charging us the full amount plus finance charges. We plan on pursuing this to the full extent possible if they do not issue the credit.
