Mason came out with two unexperienced laborers and skipped the more important work i needed and did some mulching and siding cleaning, whereas i really hired him for mostly for trimming my trees. he skipped the more important work and also did very poorly on the other two. he then promised on a text message he would come back to fix my yard and attend to the trimming of the trees, he never showed up. i paid him in full in good faith but he failed to show up again. i never should have paid him. he is a scam..i sent him several messages to follow up. he communicated very poorly. he once said i was on schedule but again he never showed up.

Extremely unreliable and work quality was poor. Hired to cut lawn and perform spring clean-up. They never completed the spring clean-up even after being paid. Kept saying they would finish the job and never did. Lawn cutting was poor quality and unreliable. Also, began to show up sporadically or skip a week. Last time cutting the lawn they drove the rider mower over all gutter downspouts. Promised to replace damaged gutters and never did. Now won't call back or take responsibility. Stopped cutting our lawn with no advance notice. Mason Pittenger always says what you want to hear then never does what he says. Extremely unprofessional.
