Very Unsatisfactorily. First, the phone quote gave just the price of each tire: $159.99 ($639.96 total). During that phone call I asked if the tires would be in and was assured they would be. It would have been very professional to add that wheel balancing would be $67.96, the waste tire fee is $4.00, the sales tax will be $47.28, and we also recommend wheel alignment (which was automatically added to the work order but I had the option to decline) for $79.99, for a total of $839.19. Next, the work order that was printed had no prices for any of the above and did not require a signature. We called about 2 hours later to check status and was told the car was not ready. Then, a little later, we got a call saying the old tires were off the car but the new tires were not in (yesterday's delivery had not arrived) and they weren't sure when they would arrive. The shop manager should have known that and told us when we dropped the car off. We would have gone elsewhere despite the air leak. The old tires had a 70,000 mile tread-wear warranty but only had about 45,000 miles on them. Since we were replacing them with the same brand and model, I asked the agent about a credit (we had gotten one when we bought the old tires). He said he would check with the manufacturer but when asked, he said "he didn't have the time." The final invoice was a copy (very light type and somewhat blurred) and poorly aligned in the printer so it is very difficult to read. It took a magnifying glass and my calculator to figure out the costs for each service. I told the agent I was very dissatisfied with the service for most of the reasons above and he had no response.
