Schultz Water Systems LLC

I called Schultz Water System LLC last night after hours since we had no water. Jeff called me back within 15 minutes. He bent over backward to help me identify the issue, assisted me with purchasing the correct pressure switch and helped guided me to correctly install it. We did all of this over FaceTime! Bless his heart! He was so sweet and patient throughout the whole evening. All he cared about was to help me have water that night. I am SO THANKFUL for him. He is a treasure that everyone should know. All I can say is that he was a God sent. He HELPED people out of the goodness of his heart. Other people would have jumped to the opportunity to make money. This was not the case for Jeff. If you need someone to help you with your water issue, Jeff is the MAN! He is down to earth, has integrity with his work, cares about people and is proud of what he does. People like Jeff are rare gems to find these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff for any water issue that you have in your home if you want quality work!

I had let my water softener go longer than the recommended time frame for it to be serviced. I called Jeff last minute and he was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time to flush out the tank and replace the media.

We called (Schultz was recommended by another service person) and Jeff got back to us in a timely manner and the work was started
and completed on the new pump the same day. Jeff returned to service another pump for us and check on his work within two weeks. We were very pleased with the man and the service.

They pulled the pump, which is about 300 feet deep and found a short in the wire.
They explained the problem and gave me options on what needed to be done to repair it.
Since the pump was over 14 years old I chose to replace it while it was removed.
They had the pump on hand, and the job was completed, and the area was cleaned in less than 3 hours.
