"I don't understand this review. I see that [Member Name Removed] previously posted a review in 2015 which I replied to. The only thing I can see is that she listed is that I completed the job I was hired for, that she'd hire me again, & that she stated her review on band of neighbors. I don't see any text in the description area and the overall grade she gave me is an F. Am I not seeing everything she posted for some reason or is this all that was typed?"

On our first meeting I clearly defined my expectations, Kelly showed up on time as agreed and completed her tasks as agreed. She demonstrated pure professionalism. I plan on using her again in the future for a few other organizational projects.

Excellent. We've had Kelly at our house twice a month for 3 years and she is great. My wife and I come back from work so impressed with the cleaning job she does. She also does a great job removing any mold, mildew, or hard water stains. And if you have a baby or toddler and can't leave the house, she is great at working around them and can work very quietly around their nap time.

"While I do not recall the exact estimate price I gave to Lori, because this took place 8 months ago,I do know that our actual time there was longer than I initially planned. This was because my staff member, Jackie & I were VERY VERY detailed in our cleaning of [removed member name]'s apartment. She had stated during our estimate appointment that it had been awhile since she was able to clean her apartment thoroughly because of her medical situation. I always ask a potential client if they would like us to start with a thorough, "Spring Cleaning" or a basic maintenance cleaning. [removed member name] stated she would like us to do a thorough cleaning to get the apartment "back in shape" There was over an hour taken on the shower alone in the bathroom, as well as more than an hour taken in the kitchen. Two areas [removed member name] stated she had been unable to deep clean in a while herself. All stairs in the apartment were vacuumed as well. Furniture was moved, vacuumed, & mopped where there was no carpeting, and baseboards were vacuumed & wet wiped down. When we left, [removed member name]'s apartment was in pristine condition. I also followed up with her the next day to be sure she was happy with our work, giving her time to look around her home. I was not able to reach her by phone. She text me to cancel her future appointment, and when I tried ,again, to call her, I received no response. She would only text me stating it was not something she could discuss. I thought perhaps it was due to her medical situation, which I was unaware of, other than knowing she was having trouble getting around. Now, in speaking on the topic of taking advantage of the disabled or elderly population; Prior to my cleaning business, I was in the medical field where the primary population I cared for was senior citizens. I have the utmost compassion for seniors and took great pride in what I did for them. I still to this day, take great pride in ANY and ALL work I do. I was raised to do something properly or don't do it at all. At any point in time when any client is or has been unhappy with something our cleaning service does or has done, they are given opportunities to bring the situation to my attention. I always follow up with clients, especially when they are new, to see if there is anything we can improve upon. I did the same thing for [removed member name]. If she were unhappy with our work, she should have told me then. I would have gladly returned to her home to bring things to her satisfaction. It is now 8 months later. I will still offer that to her. I will come and clean her home to her satisfaction, for FREE, and have her look over EVERYTHING prior to my departure. I take pride in my work, and stand by it. All of my clients would seriously beg to differ with her review. Thank you to Angie's List for allowing business owners to reply to reviews."

Kelly stopped by every other day to water plants, pick-up mail, tidy up the house and generally looked after our property while we were gone. I previously reviewed her cleaning capability (excellent!) but wished to add that she does offer other personal services. In addition to retaining her for housecleaning, we will continue to use Kelly for any of our other needs. She is very co-operative and flexible and I highly recommend her for housecleaning and personal assistance.

After coordinating schedules, the first service was scheduled. Kelly had explained that additional time would be required for the initial cleaning to establish a schedule, etc. She arrived on time, and began cleaning. From top to bottom, each room was cleaned, including baseboards, trim, blinds, ledges, etc. Carpets were vacuumed, and floors were mopped. Items were moved when dusting, and then returned to their original location. Bathrooms were cleaned and sanitized, without any overpowering chemical smells - Kelly uses Method and 7th Generation cleaning products. Special attention was given to the hardwood floors. In the kitchen, all items were removed from the counter tops, and the granite was cleaned and polished. The appliances and cabinets were wiped down - the range was detail cleaned, knobs and grates removed and cleaned.
Overall, Kelly has exceed our expectations. Not only does she provide the highest level of cleaning, but her professionalism and attention to detail is apparent in everything she does. We have scheduled our recurring appointments with Kelly for the remainder of the calendar year, and will continue to work with her team, as long as possible.

I found Kelly's on Anglie's list and she returned my call promptly and came out that day for an estimate. We walked through my house and she discussed her services and pricing (flat rate per hour per person) and gave a general estimate of approximately how much my house would cost for the first cleaning. Their estimate was pretty close and for the second cleaning, their estimate was slightly over what the actual cost was.
What I liked about Kelly's service:
1. They are very professional. They do their work. They don't surprise you with pricing changes after the job is done. They don't talk about other clients. They are very efficient and friendly. They keep a notebook of your preferences and when the workers arrive, they have a checklist so they know exactly what to do. You don't have to keep reminding them of what you want done. There is no drama.
2. They are knowledgeable about cleaning. They supply the products. They know not to mix certain chemicals together. They know what works best on each surface.
3. Kelly has little turnover with her employees. She has done background checks on her workers. The same workers come to your house time after time so that one can form a relationship. The workers seem generally happy.
I am happy to say that I am done looking for a cleaning service. I have found a great service in Kelly's.

Kelly always arrives promptly. Very pleasant personality. Extremely hard and conscientious worker. Spent 6 hours cleaning and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have her on a permanent weekly schedule. She is great!

Kelly is such a great worker!!! She arrived on time and with a smile. Beforehand, we discussed the supplies that I have here at home. We were in the process of moving and we did not have a vacuum cleaner. Kelly offered to bring hers and I was impressed at how willing she was to go out of her way to make sure we got taken care of correctly. I have used other companies in the past and unfortunately it's hard to find someone whom you can trust and who actually cares about the customer and his/her needs. Thanks Kelly!

Her work is exceptional and I would not recommend anyone else other than her! Look no further if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient cleaning service that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for quality service.
