"While I do not recall the exact estimate price I gave to Lori, because this took place 8 months ago,I do know that our actual time there was longer than I initially planned. This was because my staff member, Jackie & I were VERY VERY detailed in our cleaning of [removed member name]'s apartment. She had stated during our estimate appointment that it had been awhile since she was able to clean her apartment thoroughly because of her medical situation. I always ask a potential client if they would like us to start with a thorough, "Spring Cleaning" or a basic maintenance cleaning. [removed member name] stated she would like us to do a thorough cleaning to get the apartment "back in shape" There was over an hour taken on the shower alone in the bathroom, as well as more than an hour taken in the kitchen. Two areas [removed member name] stated she had been unable to deep clean in a while herself. All stairs in the apartment were vacuumed as well. Furniture was moved, vacuumed, & mopped where there was no carpeting, and baseboards were vacuumed & wet wiped down. When we left, [removed member name]'s apartment was in pristine condition. I also followed up with her the next day to be sure she was happy with our work, giving her time to look around her home. I was not able to reach her by phone. She text me to cancel her future appointment, and when I tried ,again, to call her, I received no response. She would only text me stating it was not something she could discuss. I thought perhaps it was due to her medical situation, which I was unaware of, other than knowing she was having trouble getting around. Now, in speaking on the topic of taking advantage of the disabled or elderly population; Prior to my cleaning business, I was in the medical field where the primary population I cared for was senior citizens. I have the utmost compassion for seniors and took great pride in what I did for them. I still to this day, take great pride in ANY and ALL work I do. I was raised to do something properly or don't do it at all. At any point in time when any client is or has been unhappy with something our cleaning service does or has done, they are given opportunities to bring the situation to my attention. I always follow up with clients, especially when they are new, to see if there is anything we can improve upon. I did the same thing for [removed member name]. If she were unhappy with our work, she should have told me then. I would have gladly returned to her home to bring things to her satisfaction. It is now 8 months later. I will still offer that to her. I will come and clean her home to her satisfaction, for FREE, and have her look over EVERYTHING prior to my departure. I take pride in my work, and stand by it. All of my clients would seriously beg to differ with her review. Thank you to Angie's List for allowing business owners to reply to reviews."

Overall, Kelly has exceed our expectations. Not only does she provide the highest level of cleaning, but her professionalism and attention to detail is apparent in everything she does. We have scheduled our recurring appointments with Kelly for the remainder of the calendar year, and will continue to work with her team, as long as possible.

What I liked about Kelly's service:
1. They are very professional. They do their work. They don't surprise you with pricing changes after the job is done. They don't talk about other clients. They are very efficient and friendly. They keep a notebook of your preferences and when the workers arrive, they have a checklist so they know exactly what to do. You don't have to keep reminding them of what you want done. There is no drama.
2. They are knowledgeable about cleaning. They supply the products. They know not to mix certain chemicals together. They know what works best on each surface.
3. Kelly has little turnover with her employees. She has done background checks on her workers. The same workers come to your house time after time so that one can form a relationship. The workers seem generally happy.
I am happy to say that I am done looking for a cleaning service. I have found a great service in Kelly's.

Kelly is a perfectionist and cleaned all crevices. My house has never looked this good! I was very pleased with her work and the price that she charged and we will continue having her come on a bi-weekly basis.
We used her to help organize and unpack during the move. She also set up the home office and kitchen. The kitchen is actually set up more efficiently than it was before! Her work is exceptional and I would not recommend anyone else other than her! Look no further if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient cleaning service that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for quality service. She is very professional,prompt and has a very friendly and outgoing personality.
