Ron cleaned and inspected our propane fireplace. He showed me how to check & correctly place embers and where the contols were for the flame sensor and blower. Appreciate his attention to detail and friendly service.

I called and left a message last night to let them know our a/c stopped working that day. First thing the next morning they called to schedule a technician to come by at 3pm TODAY. I called back to tell them that I forgot no one would be here at that time and they rescheduled for 1pm today instead. I received a call from Fogel's at around 11am and they asked if a tech could come right away - YES OF COURSE! The tech was very professional when he arrived and had me show him to the unit. He knew almost immediately what the problem was (the condensation return was full of old dirty water and clogged the hoses) and proceeded to correct the problem. He was here for about an hour and my a/c kicked on right when the repair was complete. Before he left he checked our vents and returns and made sure we were running at peak efficiency and gave us some tips for saving money and increasing the life of our unit. No sales pitch, no hassle, no worries. I will definitely call them again for any issues with our unit(s). I am so grateful that they could come the same day - right before we are supposed to get our first taste of summer heat!

They did have a few hurdles to overcome due to the fact that my old tank had some non-standard parts. In the end they replaced the entire tree. Curt is a real good egg.

Like this company alot. We have a 1970's home, uses oil heat,bought almost 5 yrs. ago. needed alot of upgrading. Heating system needed alot of work. They were very nice and helpful. informed us of everything wrong and gave us options. I have auto delivery and I buy the service contract every year. It has paid for itself. They respond quickly when I call. would recommend this company.

My oil heater stopped working over-night. They returned my call on Saturday morning within 20 minutes and made an emergency visit within an hour - and had my heater repaired by lunch-time. The repair man was courteous and competent. He diagnosed the problems very thoroughly and shared what he was verifying and finding. A great company!
