CUTTERY TREE SERVICE

Provided prompt, professional service from beginning to end. Arrived at exact time for quote/estimate and the job. Did not complain about the difficulty of the job like some of the other local tree service companies and gave a very reasonable quote. The staff was very courteous and the company accepted credit card. Upon payment, the staff practiced good COVID cleanliness/hygiene and left the job site looking great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for tree work done but has not had any luck with other local tree services.

With the Microcell that blew through our area on June 30th, we had (3) Flowering Pear trees and (1) Silver Maple that were damaged by the fierce winds. 3 of the 4 needed to be cut down and removed and the last one they indicated it could be saved, so they pruned it way back to give it the room to regrow. The storm happened at 3pm and Lou was here by 7pm to assess the damage, provide an estimate and indicated they would get to us the very next day. Now keep in mind, I called about 30 minutes after the storm happened because I knew we would be on a waiting list. They came promptly at 10am the next morning and it took about 1/2 the day as these were huge trees, but they did an awesome job and the there is no evidence they were even here. They cleaned up every last leaf and twig out of the yard, the driveway and the street. These guys to great work and this is our 3rd or 4th time using their services and we will continue to use them in the future.

No problems for this excellent crew!  They cut portions of the tree at a time and as they removed branches, they immediately put them thru their chipper.  Came back the next day to grind out the stump.  They raked and removed all debris of the fallen tree.

Cuttery used ladders to cut the branches, as I said, in such a way, that the trees looked their best from the house view. They dropped branches down through the middle of the trees, again to preserve the and quot;lookand quot;.

Their price was the most reasonable of the three quotes we got. And the cleanup was just as good. They were friendly and professional; answered all our question as to how they would cut back the trees and what to expect. No surprises!

Cuttery came in with a four man crew. Performed a most efficient job. Cleaned up yard extremely well. Services completed in minimal time!

The guys at Cuttery Tree Service did an awesome job getting the trees removed and the clean up afterwards. They evened out the mulch we had in the flower beds to cover up the stumps that were cut down to ground level and they made it look like the trees were never there. There was no sawdust residue or branches left on the property. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price and we will be using them again in the future.

Responded the same day to my request for an estimate; prompt and professional on that day. It then took 3 months to get the actual work done. They rarely returned phone calls in the meantime and when they did, they made promises for work dates that they did not keep. The work, when it was completed 3 months later was fine. I would not use them again and would not recommend them.

.The trimming was just what I asked for. Clean-up done with no debris left behind. The owners are very nice to deal with, came out to see what I needed done at a time convenient to me. I didn't get any other quotes so I can't honestly comment on the price, but it was reasonable to me.

I've been very pleased with what they have done in the past and they did a really good job this time. They spent quite a bit of time here because there were some trees that needed work.

They were very polite, professional, and provided our service as scheduled. The cleanup was perfect!

They offered to grind down the stump, but I did not need the service this time around. The work was pretty substantial; there were several guys, and they were here most of the day. Their price was very fair. They have worked for me several times, and my experience with them has been first rate all along. They do very high quality work for a reasonable price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

A very large branch fell in the yard after a storm. It was too heavy for me to move myself. I had used Cuttery Tree Service in the past so called them to come out to remove the branch. They came the next business day and, except that the large branch was no longer in the yard, I couldn't even tell they had been there.

They did really good service for me, this is the second time I've used them. They did really good work at a competitive and very fair price. I am going to continue to use them when I need that type of service, either tree pruning or removal.

I was very pleased from the time they gave me the price to do the job until they completed it. The tree that they removed was a 15 year old street tree. Their care and attention to detail was amazing!!

It was excellent. The price was competetive. They covered cars that were in the area. They cleaned up well. You couldn't even tell they were there.

Estimate was timely and the best of several I obtained. Work was completed as per estimate and I was not charged for additional brush removal I requested after estimate was delivered. Overall I was extremely pleased with the price and service. I highly recommend Cuttery Tree Service.

They do a very good job of tree removal. They removed the debris and grinded the stumps, and left my yard in good condition. There was some confusion on this last big job they did for me, however. They gave me a verbal estimate for the work, which was to include stump grinding of the four very large trees that were removed. As they were cleaning up, I saw that those stumps weren't ground. I spoke to one of the partners who said, 'Oh, we discussed before how we couldn't grind those due to the rocks that are around them.' (It turned out that landscaping rocks, covered by years of pine needles, covered the area around the trees.) I didn't remember discussing that. Later, when I spoke to them on the phone about adjusting the price because of the unground stumps, he told me they didn't grind them because of concern about debris getting into our adjacent pool. So that was inconsistent, but they did adjust the price. I would definitely use them again but do get a written estimate for big jobs
