CUT-RITE LAWN CARE

Called Cut-Rite on phone to work out differences in "verbal" quote and then bill.  Again, they were rude and unprofessional.  My wife was extremely upset with their behavior.  Don't do business with them!

John and Wendy were very responsive to my request for an estimate to complete extensive yard work.   Once starting the job, John and all of the workers were extremely polite, hardworking, and left each day with my yard and home looking much better than when they arrived.  I cannot think of any issues that I had during the entire process and because of the exceptional work, I will be having John and the crew provide monthly services.

I emailed Cut-Rite on Monday and did not  receive an email or phone call. I then called on Wednesday and left a message and John called me back and said he would be at our home on Friday. I asked him to come before 5:00PM. Since we were having other work done we would be home and able to "kill two birds with one stone". At 5:00PM I called John on his cell phone and said this is so and so and he said "Oh the one from (he mentioned my town) and I said "yes" and he said "oh I couldn't get there today" and I said "don't you think you could have contacted me and said you needed to reschedule"...and he said "well I couldn't get there".. I certainly understand that schedules change and all he had to do was call and reschedule. My main dealbreaker in any business dealings is communication and showing up....John did neither. Great! My husband and I were VERY pleased. John stopped by the afternoon before he started and we discussed what we wanted done. He and his crew began working the next morning. We went out for three hours that afternoon and came home to find them cleaning up. The mulch was in place, the weeds, vines, and "wild grasses" had been tamed, and our place looked terrific.

They are prompt in responding and the crew works hard while on the job. We've found their work to be excellent and the price very reasonable. They are professional and get the job done - leaving a beautiful yard.
