Bought a house in dis-repair hoping to be able to fix it and rent or sell it. Once we got into it and assessed it's true needs we knew we were in way over our heads! After talking to people in the remodeling business we were referred to CARE. Our initial consultation with CARE was extremely educational and Erik made us aware of all the things we did not think about. CARE provided us with a project breakdown and proposal more complete and detailed than we ever expected. All items were covered and suggestions were made as to how we could save money. We Hired Care and the end result has been amazing! All work was performed efficiently and with great professionalism. During the work, several unforeseen issues arised and CARE handled them at a fair cost. All employees were courteous and professional. They all did a really nice job! After everything was complete we had the property re-appraised and the value increase is more than double what we spent on fixing it! Can't wait to do it again! Thank you CARE!
