Rug looks fair

All work completed within a week per our schedule. One day for the hardwood hallway floor. and one day for the four other rooms. Moved all furniture from room to room and replaced after finishing. A real smooth and professional job.

Both teams were wonderful! They were prompt and professional. They knew what they were doing and did it well. . They did an AWESOME job and cleaned up everything before leaving the house. Once they were gone, the office called our house to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction before processing payment.

They are excellent and always good. I has relatively used them in and I used them in the past and just gave me a good work. They are very forthcoming, answer the questions that you have, and take time to do any of your concerns. They are a little pricy than others but it's worth for the service they've rendered.

I was under a time constraint because a new tenant was due to move in and they were able to get it done just a few days after I called.

the two men were very, very nice.  I would have given all "excellent"s but (my fault) I did not totally understand their job.  I thought they were going to "clean" the room from top to bottom.  in actuality their job was to SANITIZE.  they are used to cleaning up crime scenes etc.  I had to do some cleaning of the built-in shelves etc after they left, but the large areas were definitely sanitized.  they even did the windows inside and out.  so if you have a serious mess to clean up, I feel they would do a good job.  I believe they would be perfectly honest and trustworthy.

Did an excellent job under less than ideal conditioons.

I have no complaints about the service or the men that came out to do the job. They arrived on time and did a complete and thorough job just as promised. The floor and grout looked 100 % better when they left here.

They are quick, easy to work with and do a good job. They work around us and make sure that it is convenient for us when they are going to be here. They explain everything. They are currently working with us. They have two different divisions, one for cleaning and the other for installation. They are currently trying to really get it done as it is kind of the second phase of a bigger project. We were never concerned about the timeframe. The first project took a while. They came out multiple times to verify the measurements. Also, we had a unique situation in that we had an old brick floor that was purposely made uneven. They had to get really creative with how they would deal with that to put carpet down. The work turned out perfect. They want to get the second phase done, so they are trying to get in as often as possible. They are coming in on the weekends and Sundays. The gentleman that I was working with did not have any problems giving me options and even allowed me to do some of the demolition including removing the carpet and that kind of thing. It was really a great experience. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.
