Never fixed the wet tarry problem as they promised to do today and not responding to my calls this evening. Its going into day 5 of the problem- very disappointed with them.
"The tar product used to fill the area that connects the driveway with the garage floor is a thick wet substance. A much longer drying time is required verses seal coating a flat driveay surface. When additional product is applied over a wet product, it takes on substantial extra time, especially if the weather is not conducive, to dry. Against recommendation a request was made to use more material. After the fact, it needed to be removed and scraped off upon drying which was completed.
