Found problem with dryer venting system while doing the dryer vent cleaning.

He communicated very well, responsive and knowledgeable.

The technician, Mark, came quickly and worked diligently to find the problem and as soon as parts come in will set up an appointment to complete repairs. Was able to temporarily fix my AC so it will operate until parts are available to repair the unit. Great job so far and fair price. Very very satisfied recommend this company . ?

Mark did an outstanding job. He was very professional, neat and knowledgable with what had to be done to fix my Gas Fireplace. He was on time, communicated with me about arrival time. Propane fireplace stopped working right before Christmas. I was really disappointed that my fireplace would not be working for the holidays and then I found Mark. He listened to what was occurring over the phone and gave me his opinion over the phone. Guess what? When he arrived, his over the phone diagnosis was correct. He took his time fixing the problem and explained everything. Highly recommend him as his work is top notch quality.

Excellent and efficient service, on time for appointment, repaired our Generac generator with OEM parts. I've always believed, if you can't explain it simply...you don't understand it well enough. This guy knows his stuff. The technician explained all repairs while making recommendations for future care and preventative maintenance. We understood and felt confident in our maintenance/repair decisions. One stop shop for generator, electrical and heating repair and including oil and propane products. We will be using them going forward for their services. Highly recommended!
