The ceiling still has a leak in it, despite his claims that it's fixed. We are currently in the process of suing him for all the rent we paid to him for over a whole year.

Currently, we are in the process of moving. We have finally had enough of the broken promises. In accordance with PA state law, we are sueing the landlord for everything we paid out while the apartment was and still is in disrepair. If I had the option of doing everything over with our landlord, I would never have signed the lease. To all who need a place to live in the Punxsutawney area: Do Not Rent An Apartment In The Spirit Building!!!!!!! Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.
