+ -1 moreI felt we were in very good hands with this inspector. He made sure that the plumbing was fixed prior to us making an offer. He was very prompt, even during in climate weather and very accommodating. He also came out twice to follow up and make sure we were doing well at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Carlton took care of our home inspection before we purchased the property. He found a problem with the water pipes that had froze, because the previous owners weren't living and had winterized the plumbing but something broke.
