He never showed up to do the job. I called Johnathan and he met me at my house. We went over all that I needed done. Fix a broken window, run a carpet up the stairs, dry wall a hole in the wall and paint the wall, hang a cabinet. He gave me a great price, very reasonable compared to other I talked to. He said he would call when he was ready to do the project within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to see why I hadn't heard from him. His answer was he forgot about the job and he would order the glass and call when he was ready to do the job. It's been over 2 months now. I gave up waiting for him to remember that he had a project to do at my house. I had my friend's husband fix the hole in the wall and we both replaced the glass in the window, all took an hour to do. He is not reliable. I gave him 2 chances.

Although Jon was reasonably priced for the 2 doors and trim that he installed he has refused to return to correct or talk about gaps in his trim and framing work that is holding up my painters In a fit of temper he offered to tear out the work that he had done rather than make good on his work I now need to find a carpenter thru Home Advisor to complete/correct his faulty work since he has refused

I have used Johnathon multiple times. He is always honest - fairly priced - and trustworthy. The most recent work; I had a check list of items - went on vacation - returned and all was done and as requested. Despite terrible weather and some other issues. He even did a few extra items not on the list!!! He is the best!!

We asked Jon to come and replace our window shutters. We had bought the shutters ourselves and wanted someone just to install them. We had originally asked another contractor whose name was given to us by Lowe's. That fellow was a piece of work. First, he didn't show up in his initial appointments causing my wife to lose two days of work just before Christmas. Then he showed up with one of his friends, installed a couple of shutters, and then realized he did not have the right drill for the rest of them. He said he was going to come back and do the rest the day before we had a big Christmas party at our house. He never did, so at our party three of the windows had black shutters and the rest of them green. I went to Home Advisor, got three quotes, and Jon's was nearly half the price of the other two, so we hired him. He came when said he would come (which was 2 days after I called him), got the job done well, and did not try to rip us off. Jon is a descent, hard-working guy, who is not trying to take advantage of his clients. A rare specimen in this business.

He called within minutes of my request and came out the next morning. He did a very good job, and he rates are very reasonable.

I should not give John such a glowing reference, because now I am afraid the secret is out and he will be too busy to come back. I have had a number of contractors at my house since my husband passed away, and John was by far the most professional, the most courteous, the most experienced of anyone I have worked with over the past few years. He is AWESOME!!!

Jonathan responded very quickly to our initial request for a handyman; then quickly fit us into his schedule to repair the first project - what we thought was a broken window (it wasn't so he fixed it immediately). He returned, as promised, a few days later and finished a handful of other projects as well as agreed to do several more. I really appreciate his ability to look at problems and suggest solutions. He is exactly what we needed...an all-round handyman!

Jonathan was extremely effecient in helping get all the repaiirs neccessary done for my use and occupancy certification in a very quick time. The workmanship(concrete repair, railing and guard installation,fence repair)was excellent. I will definately use Jonathan again in my new home for all projects.
