They were simply the best. After soliciting bids from other Angie's List vendors, I decided to go with Michael based on his very fair pricing and his honest advice with how to best use the window treatments I was replacing. Michael and his wife were amazing to work with throughout this project. Michael came to the house to take precise measurements and even came back again just to make sure everything was perfect before the items were ordered. They kept me informed as to when my new window treatments would be ready to be installed. Installation was by the estimated date and was done in a tidy, timely and very professional manner. Michael also helped me to reuse the blinds I was replacing by cutting them in his own factory in order to fit the windows in a guest bedroom. This allowed me to have the perfect window treatments in very room that needed a change. I love my new planation shutters. They are beautiful as well as functional allowing me to let in as much or as little light as I prefer. My teenage son adores his new blackout honeycomb shades which keeps the neighbors bright lights out of his room and allows him to sleep so much better. The Blind Spot helped me to fulfill a 10 year wish to finally have the window treatments I wanted versus the ones the previous owner had chosen. I also appreciated how sensitive they were regarding my remodeling budget as they knew I had other items I needed to repair or replace. This is a great family owned business who truly treat their customers like family. They are committed to outstanding customer service, honesty, fairness and complete customer satisfaction.

Michael is very professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him for an evening or Saturday. His measurements were accurate; his product was quality and his prices reasonable. The order time was approximately 7 weeks. His wife Helene accompanied him to help with the installation. I was comfortable leaving them there while I went to work. When I arrived home that evening, the shutters looked great and everything was cleaned up. I liked the shutters so much I have reordered them for 2 more rooms. I highly recommend them. Both Michael and Helene are also very nice people and pleasant to work with.

I had a very good experience with this company. They showed me the window treatments that they offered and explained them to me. They measured the windows and hung all the blinds and shutters.

The phone contact is co-owner Helene. She arranges the appointment. Michael the other co-owner comes to your house with a wide range of samples. They carry a full range of window treatments. He is helpful, patient, and has good taste. Probably best of all, the prices are quite reasonable, especially since all prices include installation. After several weeks he returns and installs the new window treatments. The process is simple and not at all time consuming. I can't recommend them enough. Have gone back to them for virtually every room in the house.
